These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) set forth the conditions for the use of the mobile application “Geo Wander” (hereinafter referred to as “this Application”) provided by SOICHI SATO (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) as a commercial service. Users of this Application (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) shall use this Application in accordance with these Terms.
Users must use this Application in accordance with these Terms.
Users shall be deemed to have given valid and irrevocable consent to these Terms at the time they press the “Agree and Continue” button on the consent screen displayed when this Application is first launched, after reviewing these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
This Application is a game service where users utilize their device’s location information and provided Street View images (hints) to find a destination by actually walking.
This Application offers a free “Free Plan” and a paid “Pro Plan”.
Free Plan: Gameplay is limited to once per day, and playable areas are restricted to a “350m” radius only.
Pro Plan: Gameplay is limited to 100 times per month, and all playable ranges (250m, 350m, 750m, 1500m) become selectable.
Photo Handling: Photos captured within the app are used locally (on the device) to generate share images and are not uploaded to servers.
The Pro Plan is an auto-renewing subscription service billed monthly or annually.
Payments are charged to the user’s Apple ID account through the Apple App Store.
Cancellation of Subscription (Stopping Auto-Renewal):
Users must cancel their subscription at least 24 hours before the next renewal date through the “Settings” (Subscription Management) screen on their iOS device.
Please note that simply uninstalling (deleting) this Application will not cancel the subscription.
If cancellation procedures are not completed within the specified period, the subscription will automatically renew and charges will be applied.
Except as required by law, the Service Provider will not provide any refunds for fees already paid.
The Service Provider may change the price or features of the Pro Plan with prior notice to users.
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using this Application:

Safety Disclaimer:
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, damages (property or personal), or troubles (between users or with third parties) arising from the use of this Application. Users shall use this Application at their own risk, always paying maximum attention to the safety of their surroundings.
“As Is” Provision:
The Service Provider does not guarantee that this Application will meet the user’s specific purposes, be free of errors or bugs, or be available without interruption. This Application is provided “as is”.
Accuracy of Information:
The Service Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided by this Application, including location information (GPS), maps, or Street View hints.
Communication Charges:
Data communication charges incurred in using this Application (including API communications) shall be borne by the user.
Service Interruption:
The Service Provider may temporarily suspend or terminate the provision of this Application without prior notice due to maintenance, server failures, or other reasons.
The handling of users’ personal information obtained through the use of this Application shall be in accordance with the separately established “Geo Wander Privacy Policy”.
The Service Provider may change these Terms without prior notice to users when deemed necessary.
The amended Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted within this Application or on a website operated by the Service Provider (e.g., GitHub Pages).
If a user uses this Application after the Terms have been changed, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or this Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
